Chartered in September 2016, Johns Hopkins Software Hub (JHSofHub), aims to create a sustainable software infrastructure based on the multi-scale structure-material analysis and design (MSMAD) platform in the Whiting School of Engineering (WSE) at Johns Hopkins University (JHU).

The Software Hub will create a pathway for translating state-of-the-art research findings and associated codes to a diverse user community, user friendly software. Beneficiaries of the Software Hub would include researchers in academia, government and industry laboratories, as well as practitioners in the industry.
